I have owned property and have been involved in real estate for over 23 years. My experience includes various transaction types including condo’s, single, multi family’s and apartment buildings in both RI and Massachusetts. Additional experience includes 1031 Tax Free Exchanges and condo conversions. I have successfully completed both for myself as well as for clients.
As a realtor and investor, understanding an investor’s philosophy provides invaluable experience. What excites me the most about the real estate profession is the opportunity to create a ‘Win, Win’ situation for both the buyer and seller.
Married for over 23 years with two teenagers, I have been involved with the community serving as a youth sports coach and being selected to participate on a Recreation Board of Directors. I have also earned an Advocacy Award from a Group Home as well as being selected as the ‘Volunteer of the Year’ at a local YMCA.
