Why Short Sale Your Property?
There are a number of reasons why you would want to short sale your property rather than allow it to go to foreclosure including; forgiveness of debt and less affect on your credit. If you walk away and allow a foreclosure, the debt may never get released and your credit may be affected for many more years as compared to an approved short sale.

The Certified Distressed Property Expert designation has been magnified over the last year or so. Less than 10% of Real Estate Agents are CDPE Certified. Although, many agents attempt short sales, CDPE agents have a success rate of about 80% compared to 20% for non-certified agts.
